Tonewheeldude Moderator Registered: 01/21/10 Posts: 1537	Maybe its different in the USA, but in the UK 99% of our customers are professional users, they do not read industry magazines, they do not participate on forums, they do not use facebook other than for family matters and are busy working 7 nights a week. We used to have an official Ketron forum in the UK. We had only a handfull of UK members, despite trying to encourage them to use it - almost all were from mainland Europe and the USA wanting to know how to do this or that. In the end we closed it as we realised we were taking up a huge ammount of time looking after european internet sellers customers.
