I am updating the audya 5 from 5.3a to 5.3d and followed all the instructions but always i get a message program file not found anyone had this experience?thanks

sounds more like an issue with your computer.

When installing the program onto your Windows XP and above computer you should see a new icon on your desktop after installation. Remember that if you previously had an installation of an older version, the downloaded program will initially run as an unninstaller...so you need to run twice, the second time it will instal the new version.

Problem solved aj had given me the wrong os,he had given me audya but it was meant to be for audya 5
