Lead Sheet Required Please.

ADELE. To Make You Feel My Love

When a sheet is not available I normally make sheets from Midi files,
but the midi's I have obtained for the above song contain very complex piano chords which also contain the melody so have not been able to produce a suitable sheet with melody & chords.
