This is one of the very first songs I wrote after being inspired by my friend who told me I shouldn't be sitting on my talent. Peter, my friend called me one day back in 2010 and said, "As you hung upon the cross Lord". That simple line turned into this song and started me composing and recording my own original faith based music.

I hope you will reflect on the reason we celebrate Easter. Chocolate eggs and bunnies are cool but they have nothing to do with what happened on that cross and in that tomb. Have a blessed Easter.

I agree completely. And this is a beautiful and solemn song. In terms of the sweeping pad , it was probably just a bit overdone and would have been more effective to use it more sparingly and build up the song as it progressed to the bridge . However the words and haunting melody were excellent and absolutely in keeping with the theme of the song . I thoroughly enjoyed your song and the sentiment . God bless. Worth

Do not be discouraged by the lack of response - it happens to everyone at one time or another ...

I keep meaning to get to it, but the spring spawn is on, and I've been spending a lot of time on the water, then going to work several nights a week. Lot of catching up to do, but most will have to wait another couple of weeks!
