Pitty,

In order to use all user styles one cannot move away from OS52A. They should really fix that or make a little program available that will fix the styles in question as they display an "divide by zero" error on the Audya Style Compiler and these were styles modified direct on the Audya!

Yes,it is true..But..

That update created for Audya5 Turkish version..

I am not sure will be available for all Audya users..

I am beta tester for Ketron Turkey and this update running on my Audya 5 now...

Just all i can say,it is not for only issues fixing,

there are some new features and improvements...

All i know that on this update finally we can use MSP on DRUMS channels for me its great news
i dont think that the update will be just for the turkish version and if it will be onely for the turkish audya 5 i will never get another ketron they owe us this was a very expensive keyboard and the ins as drums is very limiting on much cheaper keyboard you can use wav drums samples

You know what the AUDYA needs?
Ability to use that User Guitar folder like User Drums
Basically put in our own guitar . WAV files so I can have my Ukulele strumming

Now that would be a breakthrough, a worthwhile update!!

Would open up so many doors because then you could add anything even if not guitars, Your own Arpeggios, choirs , pads. Accordion backup Etc.

give us option of adding our own audio guitars to the existing ROM
so first, increase the memory, 10x minimum, 2gb minimum (memory is cheap)
then give us the software to do it

Do you know how hard is it Leezone?
you must record chords (major minor 7th etc...) as wave files
than you must slice all wave files with a software (audition) for each count
than you must create midi file releated with those waves with another software (melodyn) for each chord.
than you can create a user live guitar with special Ketron software..

Do first 3 steps and send me your files..i will create a user live guitar for you smile

Yes... I am not sure if Ketron give in users a software tool to create custom user guitars.... It's too hard work and it needs long manualy edit...

great news I've been waiting many years msp drum. but I would like also edit ins.para drum samples of percussion in stereo. ketron is good to do this because the keyboard is very limited and there are other brands that do all this. I tried to change to another brand by not being able to drum kit. but with this news will continue with ketron, greetings to all.

I decided to buy the sd9...
but to do that I need this update

Please give me a time frame
When the update will be released?
It is very important for me to know the Audya wouldn't sell
without MSP as DRUMS!!!
the types of music we play here in Israel require this option...
the musicians here running away from the Audya just because of this

To answer your question simply Henni, the answer is "No". The SD9 PRO offers features not found in AUDYA but which customers have asked for.

Although they share a lot in common (like Live Audio Drums, Live Audio Guitars ... etc), each customer will have to decide which of these units best fits their needs.

Having said that, I must say we had a lot of excitement at or booth this year where both products were present. Meeting distrbutors, dealers and users from all over the world was a plus and we want to say "THANK YOU" to all those who stopped by and for your contineous support for KETRON products.

Why when you send an email to ketron italy, there is no reponse????
