But if I've read this many years ago, even before I saw it first time (in your "signature" I think it was), I would probably not say the same.
Maybe it's the growing age......?

I did post similiar thoughts about silence at GenArr part before I read this tread.

In my worst times music has carried me through. In my times of joy music helped me to express it.

My wife passed away Dec 19, 1994; On December 31, 1994 I had to play a New Years job. Many of the people that were there knew me; I started to play my first song when they began to stand; they gave me a standing ovation.; for a moment I froze.

The rest of the evening went well, I was in good spirits. After I played the last song reality returned. The magic of music.

Music has been a blessing, John C.
