Thanx Mikem....these studio edited demos never really show off the TRUE sound.... I think most people are scratching their heads saying what is this EA7 all about? And who is Roland targeting?

I have just been able to record the same style endings from E-A7 (from the Sudclavier demo) AND the BK-9 (from Roland's own demo). It's the same Big Band style. The BK-9 sounds much richer! As Sudclavier has obviously recorded via line-in, assuming in good quality, this would mean BK-9 sounds richer. But it could be due to the recording quality. Anyway, the style is exactly the same. I attach the comparison file! P.S.: I'll make a new thread about this.

Thanks for posting both demos side-by-sde, Rosetree. To my ears, the BK-9 sounds more realistic and live, and like you said, "richer", but also more detailed. I guess that's what you get when you compare a higher-class keyboard to a lower-class one.
I imagine that the E-A7 probably sounds more like the BK-7. But it's just a guess. Good job!

You're welcome, Donny.
If you were living in Quebec, you'd be able to understand French, too! You should consider moving here, if you like long, cold winters!
