Used the Ipad Pro on this gig. Worked like a charm and actually fit into my GigEasy Universal Ipad holder. The pictures show the size of the Ipad and how it looks from the front. Makes a big difference for me. By the way - the SD7 is absolutely awesome. Played again today and the AD booked me monthly for all of 2016 at the place. Ketron finally got the promised OS update correct and all is fine.

Looks good Deane, but I'm surprised you're not using it in portrait format so you don't have to scroll when you have a full page of music as I've seen you do with your old ipad.

Just as a matter of interest how do you turn the page over?

Deane, Isn't the iPad Pro large enough so that you can use it in portrait mode? I use my iPad Air in portrait mode sheets fit fine that way.

I use UnrealBook to display my PDF leadsheets. To turn a page all you do is tough the right side of the screen - very simple and easy to do. Scrolling is done just like you would scroll any document on the Ipad - a simple finger swipe up or down as needed - also very easy to do.

Yes, the screen is plenty large enough to use in portrait mode but it does not increase the size of the leadsheet as much. I guess it is all what you are accustomed to.

It's a keeper for sure for me.

Thanks for such an interesting post.
I still use my original iPad and the thickness and weight aren't ideal.
I use a program (app) called iGigbook.
I enlarge the sheet music as I scan each one (each time) to make it as large as possible (easy-to-read).
The larger size of the new iPad Pro is exciting. [img][/img]
