I am looking for an X stand that has wider braces (the top part that holds the keyboard - from front to back - depth). The standard is 16 1/2". Having trouble putting my 3X and soundbar, along with a mic boom attachment that goes in one of the tubes (I also tube my mixer).

Not interested in any tier system. Advice is appreciated. Thanks

you can easily extend the top tiers with PVC pipe you can buy at Home depot or Lowes etc,.....just cut to size, slide it on, & spray paint it black.

I had the IQ3000 its a heavy bulky X stand, returned it promtly .... I now use the IQ2000 instead..

I use the Ultimate Support IQ-2000 with an Onstage mic boom adapter. I've been using this very stable stand since 1999ish. I stand to play most gigs. Quick setup and very stable at any height! I own 2 of them.

I also use the Quick Lok WS-550/Onstage WS-8550 for my 88 key and sitting gigs. 4 legs, very stable, lots of room under your board.

I love the "MEMORY Lock" on my IQ2000....great double braced X stand...

Please do me a favor? On the 2000, it states the top tier depth to be only 14"? Can you let me know if this is true, or what is the exact depth.

The 3000 states 22" top tier depth.

I have (4) stands that are all 16 1/2" top tier depth.
