Exploring my PSR S 750 I found GUITAR SERENADE. Thought I would try it with Buddy Holly's "Raining In My Heart".

The style seems to fit right in with this one. Good job.

Morning Don

You seem to be digging out some good old'uns, makes life a bit more interesting, seems to be a bit quiet recently.

I didn't record a version of The Wanderer but seeing as how a few guy's chipped in with their version's I thought I'd post a couple of versions of Raining in my Heart an old one and a new one.

This version was recorded as a YouTube Video using the MicroArranger and a Digitech Workstation Ex about 4 years ago, can't remember what the style was but I still have the original video, this is the audio track.

I've recently started performing the song again but this time singing over a backing track using the Voicelive Touch 2.

The song goes down well with the old timers.

Hey Colin, sounding good. The track you used is pretty close to the original. Great orchestration in that song. Buddy was truly a pioneer in pop/rock music. Sad that he was taken in his prime.

God Bless,
Don

Don and Col ... nice work on this tune ... Although the orchestrated track may be closer to the original, I seem to prefer the simplicity of the style ...
The chord progression is reminiscent of "There's a Kind of Hush" ...

Not to mention "Because I Love You', by the Dave Clark Five ...
And no doubt a lot of other songs ...
