I've had a Bk7m for a little over a year. I never took it to play any jobs. It's in excellent shape, with the original box. AC cord. manual etc. I also purchased a USB Flash memory card that had 10,000 Roland styles. I live in Westchester NY and would like to sell it without having to ship it if possible.
They're selling on Ebay for about $900. I would like $600.

I never understood the BK series keyboards? how many user styles does it have? is it downward compatible with the G70?

I'm not affiliated with the seller.

As far as I know, no new style parameters were introduced on the BK- series. They can read and play styles from any previous Roland arranger.

The BK-7m can play user styles from a USB thumb stick. However there are no on-board facilities to create or edit styles, as there are in the BK-5, BK-9, or some older Roland arrangers.

I'm not sure whether Roland supplied a software with the BK-7m to edit styles. Maybe the seller can tell us that. -Ted
