He's a pretty good salesman with a comic flair. Check out his business site.

Donny...by the look of your new icon and your equipment list including the PSR-S950, I'd say either your moving towards a Tyros 5 or waiting for the new PSR-S970. What killed the PA900? I know after listening to all the 970 demos, I'm getting a little excited.

Jingleman wrong on both counts ...

I so happily went back to my beloved S950 as that is my "comfort zone" playing on stage, .....although I really like the Tyros 5 which sounds Super amazing it's just not a good fit for everyday gigging for me. As far as the new S970 I am still on the fence as to what it really brings to the table vs the S950. I learned a valuable lesson this time around & know what's right for MY needs.
Play what you love & enjoy making music. cool2

take care

Donny thank you, this is the most exciting demo of a keyboard yet.

My fear? This type of salesperson has sold many fantastic things to people who regretted buying them afterwards. They buy the hyp – These salespeople sell retirement plans, Time Share, and Health Insurance in the same manner.
This does not put down the video, it’s the best I have seen; I really understand things about the Tyros 5 I did not know before.

At one time I was an excited fan of the Wersi organ; concerts and all. I had had the opportunity to buy a used Delta 500. Took it home really got into it. I could not stay away from the Wersi, what fantastic sounds. Five months later I sold it; It did not sound like the ones I had heard.

Donny, this is what Fletcher Music offered people who purchased an organ from them. The music store I was in hired me to learn their system of selling and rewarding. It was with their permission. They were doing some great things: Picnics, Special trips, and some great teaching classes. They were selling the “sizzle” and not the “steak”.

It was a package deal, and those who took advantage of the whole program got their monies worth.

Fletcher’s program was good, and so was the video; it made me think of buying a Tyros 5.

That's what I was thinking also ...I had people I knew working at Fletcher Organs stores in the Crystal River Mall in FL years ago using the "rope a dope" sales pitch method... rolleyes

If you watch that video on Youtube, you can read the comment I left 10 months ago. Still my opinion!
