Hi Marcus,

You are my type of guy. I still remember when you created those excellent style conversions for Korg.

All the best my friend,

Henni

Henni, for me to understand, what is the purpose of the demos you posted? The sounds/styles are well known and whoever prefer Yamaha knows them very well. Don't want to sound bad, but I just don't understand.

Hi all,

Here is my last upload contribution to this thread. These are Tyros 5 audio styles reversed engineered (I wish I could take the credit, but I cannot) for the S950.

I am busy copying appropriate drums from similar styles into it which makes them usable styles.

This is what I mean that Yamaha newer model styles could be modified to play to some extend on the older models. Off course it won't sound just the same, but it keeps older models more current & also interesting.

Off course these demos are familiar to Yamaha owners. However, this thread is not directed towards them. I am passionate about the things I find & do & this thread highlights my findings in this regard. And it shows what the older S950 is still capable of doing.

Not too long ago I did something similar for the Audya. You did not complain then. This is just what I do.

Cheers all,

Henni

NO complain at all - do what you're doing, by all means.
