Hi. Im a new user of an Audya 5 and would welcome any advice on overdubbing wav files.
Usual way I work is start off with a file of vocals and bass (recorded simultaneously) - then overdub piano, synth etc. this worked on my old motif.
Seems a bit more difficult to do on the Audya. I follow the manual, and get the 'post processing' message - but when i play the file back my overdubs always seem well put of sync.
looked on you tube - couldnt find any step by step guides on overdubbing, so if anyone has any tips they would be welcome.
thanks, Mark.

Hi Mark,

I wouldnīt do that in any keyboard wink

Use a PC with Audacity, itīs much faster, easier and much more comfortable.

Hi Snoopy, and many thanks for your response.
Youre quite right, Id just like to do it away from a PC smile.
I suspect it may be my timing - so trying to use the metronome now, but of course you cant hear the metronome and the original wave out of the same output frown
