excellent demos---the only thing that seems a bit "off" is the trumpet demo....you start with a very bright trumpet sound but the trill up changes the tone very drastically

Thanks for catching this 'bug'. This has been fixed in version 2 (which is what we now offer our customers while working on Version 3), and thanks for the feedback.

We are still trying to find that 'balance' between playing a lot (which shows off what can be accomplished with this machine, however scares off novice who will now think unless they can play like that, they won't sound as good) and playing a little so the machine does more (but now the Pros won't be happy either).

Slowly but surely, we will get there.

The styles are still among the best ...


The weak part (but still sattisfying) is the solo voices... just one tad lower then for excample Tyros 4/5 SA2 voices or my Korg Kronos.

In general i never use the Audya (4) solo voices anymore (except some of the organs), just use its styles and play Kronos or VST sounds on top of that.

The AjamSonic upgrade covers this concern by adding new voices wtih new articulation(VCE-2 which is Ketron's new Voice Character Emilation technique).

These new voices are also incoorporated with the new styles too (new demos soon to be released).

However - interestingly many admit the Ketron styles are some of the best, but the lead voices are not. These same lead voices are what are used in the style too ~ so ... what makes the Ketron styles great?
