I'm a bit baffled how to "get around" the midi files like before. On the SD1 I had a button that selected the "count" and you could then scroll forward to any measure you wanted and then have it paused and ready to begin. For example one song I start at measure 15 and skip the bars up to that. I don't see how to select the count on the AUDYA. Does someone know how to explain the process to me?

Hi,

Yes, this feature still exists (but a little differently).

To achieve this, please proceed as follows:-

* Press the MIDIFILE Button to access the Midifiles.
* Press the PAUSE button (it will start flashing denoting STAND BY mode).
* Now scrole through and highlight the song you want to play.
* Press ENTER to load it. (Pause and Start are now on - steady).
* Press the >> or << to move to the desired START measure (the << and >> next to the RECORD button)!
* Now press CONTINUE (USER4/9) to play the song from the current COUNT position!

Hope that helped.

Sorry for the delay ... frozen fingers :-)

AJ
