ZERO reverb for talking...

Don't forget, you probably can't hear it being on top of your speakers, but the room itself is adding all the 'space' you need...

Donny and Diki, when I made that recording I didn't press the Talk Button. It's the basic settings that I use for everything. Everyone can readily understand me, and I don't have to push the Talk Button to make announcements. Pressing the talk button, however, will eliminate the effects.

Yes, you can put it on a pedal, or put it on a registration button as well.

You can assign it to a pedal, but not to a registration - I'm pretty sure. There are only two pedal inputs, so I can scarce use one to turn TALK on and off.

I just have to press two buttons when I want to turn TALK on, and two buttons when I want to turn it off. frown Come on Yamaha!

You're right, Larry - can't set the S-950 talk on/off to a registration. You could on some of the earlier PSR models, but they apparently took this feature away on the S950.
