Yo Gary wudup,
Now there's a hellova Q.
I'm a MIDIONIC head, and sometimes I use long runs for a trigger but I haven't encountered a need to sttrreeeecchhh a wire that long for any continuous sig.(yet).
I'd imagine you would have to start band-aiding your time code and if you weren't using any code, well, you are now because you can start picking up LOL (or should I say falling back) beginning some timing differences on lengths over 15'. There's no doubt a junction is going to refresh the juice going through, but if anything, won't it make the latency even worse?
For me, the more time code I use, the longer my lunch break is.
I know this is going to sound stupid, a/o obvious, but try amphenol low loss, or well, can you get the gear closer to not reinvent the wheel per say?
