The dance styles are not my cup of tea, but a few usable for me for a couple of party dances.

Still, you would have to expect a wide selection of Styles on an arranger keyboard and there are plenty to satisfy on the Tyros 5. Probably interesting arrangements can be had in the electronic music scene with these. You can still mix and match style parts in the assembly section of Style Creator.

I actually prefer the dance audio styles on the s950 - any way to import them to the T5?

Of course, they'll play just fine in the T5, Chony.

I don't think you can import the audio part of the S950 dance styles to the Tyros 5, but probably the other parts of the style.

I'm not sure about importing the audio style files, but you can play back an audio file using the onboard recorder, then play along with it using any other type of voice that is on the S-950. So, I guess it really depends upon what you are trying to accomplish.

I actually don't think you can import Audio Styles which is a pity. There's a completely different set of Audio Styles on the S950 than on the T5 - they are both nice collections. Not sure why Yamaha couldn't include them all. I especially like the Reagaeton on the 950.
