Skude,

I have been struck down last night with the dreaded plague, INT PHASE ERROR, turned the Audya on and no sound for any side, in the UK, its the first time for me, I had felt cheated until now. There is still something lurking in the Audya and it not a loose connections that for sure.
I have not touch the inside of the Audya since I loaded the last update, I have not moved the KB and I have not had a PC lead anywhere near, it so that’s why I know it’s not a loose connection.

Just a thought Skude, how do you turn your KB and speakers on, on one switch all at the same time or one at a time, speaker1, speaker2 and then the KB.

Tony
Sorry to hear you have some problems. Welcome onboard again. I was hoping you and me could look at a better future after the update, not so sure anymore.
I have a PA system in my home studio with 3 other KB's pluss the Audya connected. Somtimes the PA is on and connected to the other KB's and the Audya is the last one to be turned on. Somtimes the Audya is used with headphones and no PA, then later connected to the PA. I have a Mackie DFX12 external mixer just for the Audya, which is always the last one to be turned on. Let us know if Sokrates1974 has some advice how to deal with these issues.
BTW Going to the store today to listen to the BOSE L1 modeII.

I received this message when I first turned on my Audya as soon as I took it out of the box!!!

I didn't even try to play the keyboard at that time; I immediately did a factory reset.

However, I am plagued by RIGHT Output cutting in and out; screen flashes, and periodic freezes.

As a general PA rule ....

When powering up, turn on (in this order)...
1. Instruments.
2. Mixers.
3. Amps/Powered Speakers.

When powering down, turn off (in reverse from above) in this order... i.e.

1. Amps/Powered Speakers.
2. Mixers.
3. Instruments.

As for SYSTEM CHECKS on AUDYA if you get an error during bootup, proceed as follows ...

With your AUDYA turned off, press and HOLD DOWN F1 while turning on your AUDYA.
AUDYA will displays a white screen and goes into system check mode.
Use appropriate F1-F10 to manually check for all hardware devices and report device which fails to your dealer as that device might need to be further checked or replaced.

Ofcouse, this assuming there is no 'loose' connection within the board!

Thanks,

AJ

Hello AJ and Sokratis,

I played the other night and I noticed a deffinate slowing and quickening of the style, what's happening here? surely we all, that is, must be a majority of owners have the right to expect that Ketron will either have a general recall of product to fix so-called loose connections and or replace all faulty units with one that really works. If this was Toyota they would be out of buisness

Knowing that there are owners out there who have units the seem to be ok, that suggests that something went horribly wrong on the production line in quality control, so when are we going to either get the hardware and software fixes that we need, I am scared to perform with the Audya and the mounting problems are not making me feel any easier....
