So they don't provide the OS in the box?

Korg is great with free updates online. It's so easy to stay current.

Graham,
The keyboard comes with an installed OS like all others. This is an OS update provided by Korg for the PA900.

I received a reply this morning from Korg Italy.
It was explained to me that because the owners manual on page 264 says that there are only two options:
1) mic input from L and R is disabled
2) left and right aux inputs for line level only
Korg Japan had asked the Italian team to upgrade the software so that it only does what the owners manual states.
Version 1.0 does allow the use of mic and aux input at the same time but version 1.01 changes this to what the manual says it should do.
I have requested back to Italy that they communicate with Japan and put this option back in the next software revision along with an addendum to the owners manual which would make everybody happy.
So, any of you with version 1.0 can use both inputs and if you've made a change, as I did, it's gone!

George,
That is good news. Even though I don't sing I think I'll leave the V1.00 in place until more new is released about any newer OS update.

Thanks,
Deane

LOL... that's bloody ridiculous! Korg Japan ask for something BETTER than their manual says it should do removed..!

Just how far up their backsides have these guys got their heads? How much easier it would have been to simply release a new MANUAL! But no... these guys actually have their design team put together a whole new OS.
