When I did a search online I found this list of digital keyboard technicians in Australia. Maybe there is someone else you can talk to about your KN7000. I see a few there that are in your home state Queensland.

Thank you so much Nigel, I am quite taken that you found the time to contact me on this matter, given all the hundreds of members you have to deal with. I have to admit that also I was surprised at finding on your list of keyboard service persons, that there were others in the south Queensland area, namely Brisbane as most if not all direct enquiries to the one in Sumner Park. Wow Jim....16 months? I guess this is something that all of us sort of dread, given the age of the KN7000 etc. I use mine professionally and thankfully was able to purchase a 2nd one some time ago on the off-chance that my primary one had problems. We do have a very qualified tech here in Florida (Rick Lange). Best of luck on getting the issue resolved.
