They blocked all foreign IP's, because there is some trouble with proxy voting that can't be solved yet. So outside Belgium and the Netherlands nobody can vote, which is killing for my campaign, since all my votes are collected by asking foreign people to vote :-(

Nevertheless, if they are going to chance the system and you can vote again I'll let you all know.
