You'll have to charm Alex and Lilianna to take your 7X back in trade...good luck with that! Any idea if this is lighter than the 7x, or of price? I could never see using a 25lb reedless when the advantage was supposed to be weight. Take a look at the Siwa & Figli millennium hybrid. At 18 lbs, better sounds, etc.
Can be totally reedles, or add 2 treble reed blocks (lm, lh).
Guenadiy Lazarov is a top notch dealer and player.
Siwa Figli

To paraphrase The Who, if mommy has a squeeze box like that on her chest, then when daddy comes home he's never going get no rest!

It's kind of strange... we can barely get anyone here onto 76 note arrangers, let alone really want an 88, but when it comes to accordions, the bigger the better!

Honestly, if I'm going to stand on my feet for a set at a time with an accordion, a nice 48 bass or 72 tops is all I'm comfortable with. Got to admit, I get some mad money, I might seriously look into a Roland FR-1x to go with my 120 and 48 bass real accordions!

The Siwa is quite light, but still bulky... and expensive!

I've done it... (not 140, but I still gig my 120 a fair bit). Didn't say I LIKED it!

I don't mind my G70's weight. I feel it twice a gig, as I put it out and back in the case (usually get the case raised up so I don't have to bend to the floor level... even I'm not getting any younger!), the rest of the time, it's on the stand.

But an accordion for an hour or more, especially in the Florida heat... put me down for as light as I can get away with, these days!

Yeah did that once too with the 140 Giulietti I owned, in heat very similar - in Townsville (in far north near tropical Queensland) . Was there for consecutive daily gigs for about 10 days way WAY back...

Although wink dunno if I could do it NOW crazy

Even though mine is only 24 lbs, I'm going all keyboard now. It would trade nicely for someone's pa3X or loaded up (Ajamsonic, hd, vocalizer) sd5.
