Jos Claes from Belgium has created a new Keyboard prototype, the HELIOS VA1000.

As you can see on the Video, it's heart engine is based on the vArranger software.

And what will this baby cost? good luck with it....will you be producing them for mass consumption or?

This is a Jos project, and I don't know anything about his plans for now.

Dan maybe this could be your opportunity to couple Varranger with a keyboard package option? There's money to be made here I think..

Looks like a black pegasus wing. I don't see why wersi clings to (so many) physical drawbars. They produce organs with those if you want an organ. I assume Varranger has digital drawer bars? The older pegasus 1/2/3 modules had no physical drawer bars. I do think it would be fantastic if you could make the Varranger available to wersi and other manufacturers as a complete sound engine/operating software system, though exclusivity to one manufacture will make their models sought after. This could catch on very quickly if it is not priced through the roof..

I am impressed by the video . A left to right hand balance control might be advisable (like korg) if it is not in Varranger. Are the sounds/styles strictly Wersi's, or do they contain those from others like your stand alone Varranger? I would guess that would make things sticky...this is exciting however..

Excuse my lack of knwledge about Varranger- I just tried to read up and see an external source for sounds is needed(?)..Dan, where is the best demo/explanation of Varranger operation ? I see your site is under reconstruction.
