I have played with myself all that time, Tony. I guess that takes care of everything but the keyboard!

I have to admit, even though I have a Korg product (an older Triton), and also can program the heck out of my K2500S, as a Roland user through the years I have to admit, the Korg 'system' is as far away from Roland as you can possibly get!

The file architecture is arcane and convoluted, the editing pages are laid out basically polar opposites to Roland, and make many tasks needlessly complicated, it is a piece of cake to overwrite Factory sounds and styles (not usually what you are trying to do!) and, all in all, if Roland do it one way, Korg seem to be determined to do their damnedest to do it differently!

Chalk and cheese...

I think perhaps there is room, especially with Korg having a touchscreen for most things, that a 'Simple' and an 'Expert' mode might be selected, with ONLY the major and most frequently used storage and editing functions displayed. I have a feeling this will ease many into the 'system', rather than daunting you with TMI the first time you try to do anything...
