Nice Deane, thanks for the cool pics.

Not trying to 'one-up ya' but we too had a Lehigh Valley White Christmas ...in Bethlehem Pa.

Truth is...Many times I would rather be down south...but not always.

Hi Larry,
funny how snow is always neat and wonderful - that is until it is still there a week or two later. For us it is always and event because it might snow only once a year and then it usually isn't enough to cover anything and is gone in a day or two.

The only white stuff down here in Paradise is the sand, which is sugar white on the beaches. Love those white, puffy clouds in a beautiful, blue sky, too. smile The only thing more beautiful is the outer edge of the reef where the turquoise waters of Hawk Channel meet the Gulf Stream's deep, azure blue waters. No snow, 75 degrees, great breeze, OH YEAH! Almost forgot, Santa went zipping through Sister's Creek on water skis, and a young, beautiful, bikini-clad Mrs Claus was driving the boat. Wish I would have known in advance so I could have taken some photos. Unfortunately, they were gone in the blink of an eye.

Cheers,

Gary cool

Snowy, white winters that burst into Springs . . .

"still there a week or two later", eh? Ours is on the ground now till April. We're a hardy breed up here (foolhardy, some would say). smile

We really didn't have a white christmas here on the eastern shore of Lake Michigan. You can have it. It's kind of funny because Don Mason thinks I live at the North Pole.

No, but Southeastern Michigan did get dumped on with ensuing problems.

Yes Ian, usually it's us who get the lake effect snow. I'm sure our time is coming.

I spent a week there one night, back in the 70's. Temperature never got above 10. Enjoy your weather, I'm off to play golf!
