I'd love to see:

LOTS more Ram, over 1gb
1TB Hard Drive
USB 3.0
Faster processor
Touchscreen, Color
Modern Sounds
Lighter in weight
Lighter in price, but if same I'll still consider
Maybe keep Silver but add some black or dark gray accents perhaps sides

Audya Pro 61, Audya Pro 76

Am I missing something?
Keep dreaming smile

Hi Leezone.. Wow is a fair ask considering its a great time for wish lists .. I like the lighter price bit, no tech nor brains involved there... Have a great day Leezone..Ky

Actually I would like to see a mid range Audya...not a higher spec one smile

Personally I am happy with my Audya as is, but I think a MOTL keyboard could be a great seller for Ketron.

Higher spec ?
YES when compared to the current Audya

But NORMAL spec when considering the year 2012/2013

Can we PLEASE catch up a bit here?
80gb IDE hd, USB 1.0, 64mb ram , is SO 10 years ago

Yes, this may be true. But then, those that I've convinced to purchase their Audyas who own Tyrios 4s, now confess that the Yamaha flagship sounds "midi like" compared to the Audya.

I'm convinced that even to this day, no other arranger even comes close. I'm also convinced that Ketron is not easily going to give up their position in this regard.

Let's pray that Robert's health be restored. I understand that he was one of the main driving forces behind the Audya concept. He surely is an extra ordinary & highly gifted individual...

As for the price: Once one realizes that the Audya is all that one needs & drops the craving for having all the flagships from all the manufacturers under ones roof, the Audya becomes much more affordable...

Keep well my friend,

Henni

@leezone :

Why a faste processor ? The 80 MHz is fast enough wink

Even the Tyros 4 has a processor that´s only a bit faster, and even this keyboard has sometimes a few dropouts ( especially when using the audiorecorder or more than one SA2 voice ).

USB 3.0 : YES !!!

1 TB HD : 128 GB SSD and 500 GB HD would be nice too

More RAM : Would be not necessary If Ketron would use SSD

Touchscreen : I hate them laugh

A few bugs being solved ( it sometimes takes a too long time that the keyboard uses new registration-settings )

And : All of those features pleasa as an UPDATE / UPGRADE laugh

Oooops, I just woke up laugh

Hi Leezone,

No, but I still have a Korg PA50SD which I no longer use at all. I had many other Korgs before & I have only good things to say about them. They sound much more real than Yamaha, but for me does not come even close to the Audya.

Keep well my friend,

Henni

In fact I agree. During the years using arrangerkb's I've found myself more and more lazy due to tweak and edit styles. Press & Play is what I'm looking for now.
Audya sure sound good, and if they load it up with a zillion 1st class styles, keep the "jump" function at least as it can be used at SD1, and not forget to add
new useful styles, a mid range 76 key version would do just fine for me.
A 61 key version MOTL with speakers and a 76 without would do great as replacement for SD5 in the product line. coffee
