Wow...nice Donny, but it does not look like a PA600 in that box.

Col....Thanx..I just finished my coffee and now I can start to did into this PA3x keyboard today for a while and begin my "homework" in setting it up for my needs.... so far it now has the 1.5 Os upgrade, & i was able to easily load my custom Songbook files which i was very happy with & saves me some work...
next I have to go down the song list and link factory styles, txt, etc, to each song. I've toyed with the VH & a warm happiness filled my body as the TC Helicon processor is unmatched. So many knobs & sliders makes me a happy player. I report back as I go along. take care.

Good choice- I played one at Sam Ash for a few minutes and loved it. Also available in a musikant version for me (silver). Do you know if the international (black) has musikant styles in it?

Donny - The PA 3X is AWESOME - Ive had mine for over 8 months now and have never looked back once!

Just the keyfeel alone and the pro synth-like build quality is what did it for me smile

Donny, Ditto to Nick's comments. When the Pa3x released none of the demos really did it for me. I happened to have a day off this past February, had nothing to do so took a ride to Frankieve's store. When I sat and played the 3x I was very surprised at what I heard. I play it everyday and am very happy with it. Now get some sleep singer you've got a rest up for those Christmas gigs.

Congratulation DNJ.You will love it.I had one when they came out,but I returned it while I could.I had to stop playing for some time.

Now you gotta get some really good drum kits and you will hear big difference in live sound.

I was looking for an "ALL IN ONE" Arranger KB that would allow me to eliminate some of gear on stage.....I would say the PA3x comes pretty darn close for my needs. clap

I guess weight isn't such a factor once you decide that you want the best... LOL

Or money, either...rather nice to be able to afford the "the best".

Certainly a fair jump higher than the previously planned PA-600. LOL

Santa was early...Merry Christmas!

The PA3X is quite easy to handle. It is smaller than the PSR S950, but a little heavier. It's not in the league with Audya, G70 or E80 though.
It's way easier to handle than Tyros, I suppose because of the size.

Yep, and you can put the Pa1X and Pa2X in that heavyweight class as well. That's why I'm hoping the Pa900, when it appears, will be in the welterweight area.

Congrats Donny. I always thought the PA3X would be the perfect keyboard for you. I'm sure you will make a lot great music on it. If you feel so inclined I would love to hear what you do with it. So how about some recordings or videos? Please:)

That's my plan too. Even though I have a TC Helicon VL2, I really having a built in vocal processor.

Pa3x is a piece of cake to handle, very compact built like a Brick Out House and it fits in a 61 key case. Tyros 4 is not heavy but because of it's shape a bit awkward to handle.
