I have been reading about Audya problems on the board. Hey, don't feel bad guys... I have been having a problem with my SD3 from day 1. For over two years now, I have been trying to get it resolved. Ketron USA was not able to help but at least they tried. As for Ketron Italy, I have contacted them multiple times and have received an answer twice of "What's the problem?". The problem is they never get back with a solution. This company has no customer service and doesn't seem to care after the sale. Heed the old saying, "Let the buyer beware" because if you have any problems that are not fixed by a simply OS reinstall, good luck to you.
