Unless a great deal on a pre-owned Tyros 4 appears out of the blue between now and me buying the S950 (will do so when my local dealer has in stock as I want a quick look first.....if they don't match the best online price of �1604 I have seen, I'll then order online). It'll primarily be used as a song writing sketch pad and home studio use with VSTs etc., but I do like having the inbuilt speakers if I need to take it to a party or rehearsals if I get a new band up and running.

Jim your very welcome........I'm still not convinced VH2 is in the same quality as the TC Helicon Units,...but at least it's some improvement the VH1 when used properly.
