On September 29th, my loving spouse and I celebrated 50 years of marriage. I don't know why she has put up with me for a half-century, but I can be thankful that she hasn't put a bullet in my tiny brain. We invited some old friends, and of course, our children, spouses and grand son to a wonderful dinner at Mountain Branch Restaurant, then had desert and drinks at our home. In a few days I'll be aboard the boat and headed south for winter, hopefully I'll also be meeting up with some Synthzone and PSR-Tutorial friends as well.

Cheers,

Gary cool

Gary like the young man said, "You're a great role model", and also for the senior who is searching for better ways to live and play. 50 years married, something to be very proud of, congradulations to both of you'

Congratulations you two. It is amazing she put up with you for so long Gary. So out of the 50 years how many have been happy? On second thought you don't need to answer that. Happy anniversary I hope you have 50 more.

Thanks everyone. I should be sailing south by tomorrow afternoon, and with luck I should have limited Internet access at most anchorage locations, so I hope to be able to keep in touch during the voyage.

All the best,

Gary cool
