Hey all.
I just got my PA3X (thank Bob!), and so far, it's awesome.
I started playing it right away, instead of reading the manual, and I'm kinda overwhelmed, but that's not a problem... yet.
For some reason though, when I hit the Media button, it seems to keep going back to the Global menu, or some setting within there.
If I keep hitting the Media button, eventually I get to that menu, but something's not right.
Is that something that can be changed?
Or is there something wrong with the keyboard?
Thanks!

I think that you need to hit MENU and MEDIA buttons at the same time.
Try SHIFT and MEDIA too.

Nope, doesn't seem to be working, and I doubt they would make you need an additional button for something like that...

Definitely NOT normal operation. I suggest you contact the previous owner (privately) and see what's what.

They are totally separate functions and one should not open the other.

Here's a quick video I made to show the issue:

If you have previously selected a sub-menu from INSIDE the Global menu, then exited Global, the next time you access the Global button, the sub-menu you were last using is recalled. Simply press the Menu button to return to the main Global menu.

Yeah, but I don't think that's supposed to happen when you hit the Media button... wink

I just watched your video. I think there's something loose inside your PA3X. Might have happened during shipping.
It definitely is not supposed to do that!

I didn't think so! wink
I think there was insurance on the shipment, so hopefully that should be covered...
Thanks for the verification!

Knowing Bob H., I am sure he had it insured! At any rate, it is under warranty.

Just letting everyone know -
I was moving my keyboard around tonight, and I later tried the Media button, and it's working correctly now.
Not sure what happened, or what changed, but at least it's working.
I'm just worried that there really is some issue there, which is no longer able to be diagnosed, that will come up again later, once the warranty is up...
I guess there's no point in bringing it in for repair now, though I'd love to get whatever caused the issue replaced, just in case...
