Hi,Has you know my Audya5 have the version 4.2b but not the new live guitars,styles etc....Now its done because my dealer told me that there where not selling the pendrive 4.2b,because there where to many customers who bought the pendrive and they had problems to install it.So yesterday I had to drive 300 miles to upgrade the rest of the version 4.2b.
Before the upgrade I had done a backup of the hard disk with succes ,Do I have to make another backup of my hard disk again that took me around 2 days
In fact My dealer charge $100 can. to do the upgrade but no pen drive for me They just took the serial number

In my opinion you can not have too many backups .
If I am reading your post correctly you now have extra sounds which should be backed up, but I would do a complete backup to be on the safe side.
