Tony, I have been offered many music store keyboard sales positions & also store demonstrator gigs which I have done thru the years sparingly...but, I never fancied working long hours in a music store etc,... I'm a player/singer and always will be singer piano ....I'm 59 & performing in front of an audience for the last 45 years has always been my calling, my pleasure & my passion. There are so many kool pieces of gear out there today, check em out, demo them, embrace them & enjoy! cool2
It's great to be alive for a musician for sure. keys

I can see the value in these. Each box isolates a feature of the larger models. Maybe somone doesn't like or need a feature, this give one the option to pick and choose. They can be chained, which makes more sense for some people too. If you only want that voice correction gimmick or want a nice reverb unit, this is an economical way to go.

I'm guessin' Bill, but you may have to connect an acoustic pickup on the guitar and fire it into the harmonizer so the Harmony-G can identify the chords changes.

Yep, I meant Brian. If I recall, my Harmony-M gain control is set at about the 9 O'clock position using the Crown CM-311A, and the Bose L1 Compact master volume control rarely goes above the 10 O'clock position, but this is using the keyboard. Not sure how this would work out with the guitar and an acoustic pickup. I no longer use a mixer, so I can't be of much help on using the mixer as an interface device. I'm sure there must be some happy medium there, but I'm working blind in this instance.

Good Luck, Brian,

I Love the ability to control effects from the Microphone switch. That's cool.

Never thought about the L1 Compact's output, Brian. Good report, and yes, the harmony should always be used sparingly so it sounds very natural.

Thanks for the information,
