The 'dot' TM file is the actual KN7000 Sound File, which should be loaded into the keyboard's Sound Memory.
Easiest way is to copy the file from your PC to a Floppy disk and then insert the disk in the KN7000 drive and load as normal......
The new sound can then be found by pressing the MEMORY button in the SOUND GROUP.
You won't find or need any other programs to use or read the file.

Bill---thanks for your great help---problem solved . Made me look back and found I purchased the KN7000 in November 2002 and if I had been paying attention should have figured it out w/o seeking more highly qualified people . And while I'm at it----I have all your recordings copied to cd's and listen to them all the while I do my exercising each day studying your technic . Thanks . Dick Bergin
