That Korg demonstrator is brilliant. Same guy that done the Kronos demo.

I've been flirting between the idea of a Tyros4 a Pa3x (76 key), look for a pre owned PSR S910 or wait for the next yamaha.......but I am not an older arranger player (no offence to the older gentlemen!!) but someone who wants to incorporate an arranger in to a home studio (want an arranger to just get lost in the music sometimes and enjoy....something I haven't done in a while!!).

Seeing 30+yr old fella demo this.....is right up the street of this 30+yr old guy who is wanting to buy!!

I start to overheat when things go above the £2500 mark hence my reluctance to just go for it......

this clip has been out a while now. I agree its the best demonstration of the PA3X so far.

I was hoping someone would comment on the cojoined Korgs. What is that two keyboards in one thing?

I saw this clip late last night and was going to post it, you are right, this would definitely make you want to go out and buy a Pa3x and keep it Donny. There is no doubt in my mind a T4 and a Kronos will be hard to match, I have never doubted Korg, the more I look at those ergonomics on the Pa3x, the more I love it, but the T4 does have a lot going for it in the way of extra software and goodies sloshing around in the ether, I don't think that Korg have.


Keep posting Donny new thingy magigs, you need to get those sales figures up for this month, are you on target yet!!!

I think the Korg line would best suit you, for sure. It has the most modern sounds to my ears.

Wow, that demo guy is a monster.

The PA3X has made this "old guy" sit and jam with myself more than any keyboard in recent years, maybe even more than the Audya.
At the jobs that make me money, they want to hear music they recognize and can dance to, so this style of playing has limited commercial value (to me).
Recently, I set the tempo lock (one button) and went through many of the styles in the Jazz section and pretended I was jamming with Captain Russ! You can even hit a bunch of random notes with the chord hand and look to see what exotic jazz chord you have made, and it sounds good to boot. Is there an emoticon for "tongue in cheek"?
I think I recognized that "Tower of Power" style used in the video by the intro and ending but it is called something else on the non-musikant version of the PA3X.

I'd like to hear what he does with a romantic ballad. Can anyone point me to a "Youtube" demo where he's playing something "mellow?"

You see Don, your Uncle Tony was right after all, that grip the Audya had on you is slipping, just as I said it would, I think the Pa3x will take some beating Don, far more sophisticated and better built and supported than Audya will ever be, love those blue LEDS. BTW have you noticed with the Pa3x they have put LEDS where they should be,the Audya lacks LEDS on buttons, sometimes you are not certain where you are on the Audya, just poor design, ergonomically inferior, lacks lustre. Glad you realize now.


Glad you like the Pa3x so much , it will hold it's own now.
