There are a few on Don's list that I don't know, and I ONLY do "grandma... etc." by request ...
But I also play:
Dominick the Donkey
Holly Jolly Christmas
Christmas Island
The Christmas Waltz
Christmas Time is Here (from Charley Brown's Christmas)
Chipmunk Song
Little Saint Nick (Beach Boys)
... and as Don said, for certain venues I add a set of the more Spiritual/Religious Hymns ...

I play most of what's in DonM's list, however, this year I decided to learn and add two songs I didn't know!

We Need A Little Christmas: (From Mame)

The Christmas Waltz: (This is a beautiful melody! Great for musette accordion)

All the standard "sing-along" Christmas songs are great, but sometimes adding a little 'personal touch' makes it even better such as this classic Temptations rendition of 'Rudolph'

(I'm sure Gary would look good in a raisin costume.)

(I believe Russ has a Temptations connection)

Good one Larry. I use the Blues Rock style of the PSR-3000 for this song once in a while, also use a Reggae Style that really gets the crowds rockin'.

Thanks,

Gary cool

My nomination for the worst Christmas song ever:
John Denver's "Please Daddy, Don't Get Drunk This Christmas".

I second that nomination.

Definitely one of the worst.

I do an instrumental to "Sleigh Ride." This from Wikipedia:

According to the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers [ASCAP] review of Christmas music, "Sleigh Ride" consistently ranks in the top 10 list of most performed songs written by ASCAP members during the Christmas season worldwide.[1

On the PSR-S910, I use a purchased style called French50's, and I use a variety of great voices on the right hand. I use a Xmas multipad on a lot of my Xmas tunes to get that sleigh bell sound.

One of these seasons I'd like to do "Sleigh Ride" too. I always prefered the instrumental.

I agree, the xmas multi pad makes the style sound so much more festive.

Merry Christmas Beakybird!
