One client I have owns a large horse breeding operation in Kentucky and others around the world. I have been playing at a restaurant and at his farm for five years. I just got back from my 5th trip to Dubai, where he had me play for dinner for a week at a time.
He has two 747's. One carries horses and the other is a luxury unit for staff/family/passengers/guests, complete with a dining room, entertainment area (TV, pool table, etc.).
He is putting a small digital piano (my choice) next to the dining table, and a small PA/guitar amplifier, for music during the dinner hour.
I'll be going to his operation in Australia within a month or so...playing on the trip-down and back... and then playing for several events while there.
Looks like the coolest "house" job I ever had!

Tony, the way the dining room is, there is limited space. I'm going out to look and measure now. I'd like to have room for a little 76 note digital (can't get access to the plane for maintenance-need to be able to leave the stuff on the plane, which goes all over the world). A digital (no tuning) a little better than the NP-30 I use at the office will do fine. The amp will be a little Jazz Kat Phat Kat(200 watts) with an extra small mixer, if needed-lines out into the "house" system. Amp has a choice of tube pre-amp or not, Mic and 1/4" inputs.
I'll do this one trip to Australia and re-evaluate. I am committed to 4 trips to Dubai a year, and 26 events at the operation in Lexington (to date) for 2012. Off-nights, I'll be playing at a restaurant in Lexington, and can have friends sub for me there when I'm gone.
  Really cool!
