Hello everyone,
This is a tribute in memory of Jerry Goldsmith, played Live on Yamaha Tyros4, featuring Powder (1995) and Papillon (1973) Soundtrack. I hope you enjoy. All the best, Telmo.

Telmo, great playing, sounds, and production.

A question for you: How do you go about learning this music? By ear? Lead sheets? Piano arrangements?

Thanks for sharing!

Telmo,

I love the way you have mastered the T4 and how effortlessly you transition between the various segments of the song. The accompanying video is equally as beautiful as the song itself. Additionally, the effects used were exceptional to say the least.

It depends entirely on the tune I'm playing at the time. If it's an easy tune, if I listen to it a few times, I'm able to play it by ear. If it's a more difficult tune, I have to rely on the music-sheet or read the chords or dots. For the Powder soundtrack, since I watched this film for about 6 or 7 times, its soundtrack kept in my memory, whereas Papillon's tune I had to rely to reading the notes. Either way, I enjoy. All the best, Telmo.

Beautifully played and arranged, Telmo, and well worth multiple listening.

You make the very most of your Tyros4.
