Of course AJ's update will cost lots more but it will include the Pen so getting both is not adviseable unless of course AJ 's update comes out next year it's a catch-22 whats the countdown at now?
What would make sense would be for AJ to offer AJAMSONIC without the Pen for $60 less as many already have Pen and those who don't have Pen could get it while waiting for AJAMSONiC

Based upon some suggestions from our dealers/distributors, and taking into consideration what others here have expressed, we WON'T be including the Ketron upgrade with the AJAMSONIC package - this way too, we are not forcing some to pay for what they don't want/need.

Leezone.
The price initially didn't include this
It was an idea some were requesting, but on 2nd thoughts, not fair to our dealers/distributors who've alreayd ordered some of these and have been charged for it too!
AJAM is growing and with just 12 employees (for now), we all learn as we get older. I would love to satisfy all customers and just 'give/fix' stuff which I believe should have been as such in the first place (you and a few others rightfully know this), but if it has potential to hurt the dealers/distributors, I've got to take a step back and choose wisely as they are part of the team too!
It would still be wise to get the Ketron pen drive and get updated, I understand that the update takes 2 hours to complete so this looks like a full throttle bit of kit, I have not go mine yet in the UK. AJ software is all well and good but if anything goes wrong when you load AJAMSONIC on, who will you point the finger at and who will fix it for you. And how big is his software thats talking a year to produce, its going to take a week to load on, don't forget to get a UPS.
Just my thoughts

Thanks Jim, that's music to my ears!
Bernie, the XD styles is rather curious to me too, I know they used some SD styles on the Audya from the factory, which are good, but seems like they would have created new styles!
Can't wait to hear them. Don P
