I mistakenly bought an X5, thinking it was an X5D. Is there a software upgrade or even a hardware fix that might give it the 'D' qualities? If not, I'll happily keep it - good board either way.

I'm not aware of any upgrades for the X5 either than the OS ROM upgrade that doesn't quite frankly do much. There was this odd RAM/AKAI load mod but it's really not worth it. Doubt you can even get one nowadays.

But there is no way to bring it up to specs of X5D.
