but that was the original Tyros site and now it is closed so I think its THE END

I doubt it Frans...it's not unusual for a company to take down a part of a site after the instrument has been out a while.

But, if you are right, then perhaps Yamaha's next flagship arranger (which is now under development) will go by another name?

Time will tell.

I wouldn't be surprised FranN....I think we have enough Tyros units thru the years ...how much more can they feed us before people want a big change? I'm glad I woke up after buying T1 & T2..T4 dosn't impress me over S910 at this point. I'll wait or go elsewhere. Thanks for the heads up.

I'm afraid you guys will be disappointed.

Your crystal balls are a bit cloudy.

You can rest assured a new Yamaha TOTL arranger is under development. Why would they discontinue a product line that is selling remarkably well, and is enjoyed by amateurs and professionals alike?

They won't.

Donny, you woke up and got the S910 because it was cheaper, and it plays SMF as well as the Tyros series.

So, why not save money?

That was a smart move.
