I love the new Tyros4 drum kits, and I really admire Leigh's incredibly smooth and accurate playing, and, his professional arrangements.

You are awesome, Leigh, and you make that Tyros4 shine!

Ian I agree the new Kits on TYROS 4 really bring it together in a nice Tight Live Sound that blends in nicely....vs blaring drums I hear on other KB's that IMO really overpower the overall mix.
But some like that loudness...go figure?

I played drums manually using PSR-3000 here:

Sounds pretty realistic to me.

Hi Sergei: thanks for posting that. Nice original composition. Pre Tyros 4 Yamaha drums 'out of the box' sound rather anemic imho, but as you showcase here, even the PSR3000 has acceptably decent sounding drums if one simply takes a few minutes to adjust/tweek them as you have. That said, the new Tyros 4 'live' drumkits will blow you away, not in mere loudness, but in their significantly fuller richness & sparkling realism. Catch you on Skype bud. cool

Okay guys, please stop agitating me to do something illegal! I won’t save enough money to buy Tyros by doing what I do now and I’m too lazy to work harder. (joke) grin

But speaking seriously it’s useful to learn about high grade keyboards even if you don’t have one because there’re a lot of things for inspiration regardless what equipment you have.

Kabinopus- I liked your music. Was that all multi tracked recorded?

Correct. I even didn’t use a metronome. First I played drums, then the rest. It’s the most pleasant way for me to make records although it doesn’t sound very accurate in the end.

Yeah, but it sounds more human.

Well, I must say, your method sounds pretty good to me...very "live" sounding drums.

Very expressive playing, especially the piano...it sounds so "big"...I also like the minor feel of the piece...this is a wonderful original composition.

Kabinopus nice job...loved the melody and piano sound...I can understand multi-tracking for recording as it gives the player more leeway in creating the EXACT SOUND he desires track by track and easier to make changes and edits later on on single tracks also versus a repetitive style track.
Heck I heard a few timing issues but nothing that can't be corrected.
Thanks for sharing all the way from Russia !!
