I also posted this inquiry to the PA1X user group.
I really like my Korg PA1XPro it's a magnificent board. But, it is a bit cumbersome for these old bones to haul around on gigs and an arduous learning task at my age. So, if I were to marry another arranger board - say an i30 - with a Ketron Midjay, would I have pretty much the same features as the PA1X? There are obvious features like two sequencers that one would not have with such an arrangement, but what other important features would I be missing or gaining? I think that Donny mentioned in one of the forums that he used an i30 in the past, and I know he currently uses the Midjay. I specificlly mentioned the i30 as the controller because I already own one.
Ciao,
Jerry

Hi Jerry,
All you need is the MidJay & a controller. The MidJay has all the features for a multi-faceted entertainer/musician.
