When I power up I find that that the piano, mallets, digital drawbar and accordian sound groups are in standard pitch but all the other sound groups are tuned down a semi-tone. I can get rid of this by following the initialise routine in program menus but after powering down and back up again the problem re-occurs. Has anyone experienced anthing similar and if so how did you fix it? Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Sounds like a ROM board-related error.
Could be the internal battery.
Have you tried "hard reset"?
Also do the battery test. Both should be in the manual as trouble-shooting procedures.
