To include MP3 and audio playback as well as styles. Apparently the reason is that the digital pianos are going so well, and they have no onboard arranger, and Roland are not releasing any more major keyboard based arrangers. This is the reason for the release, sort of a big value ad-on package. And there IS a counter on the Roland website to NAMM....... Dennis PS: apparently came from the Roland rep that looks after this area

The sounds are not clear and punchy enough to my liking. no editing for drum kits I want an arranger that allows me to import MIDI files as arranger style parts and also something with more in depth sound editing. At least 3 part EQ (preferably 5) for all keybaord parts including the 8 style parts is a must! I also want something that doesn't have on board speakers _________________________ Roland G70 / Roland BK9 / Roland GW8-L / Yamaha Motif XS / Technics KN6500

They werent usable enough for the music I play. I want big trance hooks, punchy fat dance leads etc. The Korg M3 definitely has it so I am hoping the new Korg Arrangers will have a big upgrade in the synth voice department. what do you mean by still dry? _________________________ Roland G70 / Roland BK9 / Roland GW8-L / Yamaha Motif XS / Technics KN6500

I am safe the flood news is on TV almost 24-7 here.
