Hi DrDreas,
Unfortunately I do not have msn. But you
can use that new email address that I had
sent you.
Vienna requires that you have a soundfont
compatible soundcard like those made by
Creative(soundblaster, Audigy, etc.).
Most soundcards that come with computers
are not soundfont compatible.
I believe if you have the full version of the "Awave" program, you should be able to convert all samples(full bank) to SF2 format in a batch conversion. If you have the shareware version, you must do each sample individually.
I will email you soon.
Thanks again for your help.

Has any tried "Audio Compositor"?
It is supposed to be able to play
soundfonts and can do custom scales.

I have tried Audio Compositor, and it
looks promising. It can load soundfont
files, and even load a Midi file to play
the soundfonts. However, I am getting
some distortion(could be because it is
the demo version)and CPU overload.
You can make custom scales, name, and save
them. However, I've noticed that it affects
every Midi channel including ch.10 for
drums. I guess it is acceptable if you
you don't care that some drum sounds are
slightly detuned based on the active
scale. Has anyone else tried this program
yet?

Universal Kit update.
I have been collecting kits from the
Vega and X1 oriental, but still need the
drum maps for these kits.
If anyone has these drum maps, could you
please email them to me.
Thanks.
