Can anyone give me a step by step guide to how to download these files. They just won't !

I'm assume you are trying to download from the PSR groups or spectromagic ? If you give me the particulars of what file from where I could be of more help. Usually, with any windows os it's a matter of right clicking thre file url and then answering " save to disk " when prompted.
