I understand that Styles on the Zip have the extention sth, if you copy these over to floppy they become stl.
Question. If I have some sth's on floppy can these be copied over onto the Zip using the G1000\EM2000.
I do not have a Zip Drive on my PC.

Thankyou Graham UK

The .sth and .stl are same styles, in general. G1000 reads only .stl from HDD, and sth. from ZIP. Copy your files to ZIP and you will can load them.
This is because .sth format enable DataBase features on G1000, while .stl not.

Sorry, I made mistake in my last reply. I wrote HDD instead of FDD. Of course, the G1000 has got FDD (Floppy Disk Drive), not HDD (Hard Disk Drive).

Adnan,
Thank's for your input. I do not have a Zip Drive on my PC and the EM2000 will not recognise sth files from a HDD floppy to enable me to copy over to the Zip.

However I have solved the problem with input kindly given by Tom. He suggested I convert them using EMC Style Converter which I happen to have and this has been succesful.

Graham UK.
